If you run the Microsoft Developer Network version 3.0 search engine
(Viewer 2.0) on a RISC-based computer, you will receive a general
protection (GP) fault. This is caused by Viewer 2.0 using x386
instructions. Only x286 instructions are supported on RISC-based
machines.
To work around this problem, you can use the search engine from an
earlier version of Microsoft Developer Network (version 1.0 or 2.0).
